  • Deep understanding of the client company: its history, culture, organization, strategic and business objectives
  • In-depth analysis of all sources in order to identify business or function best practices
  • Analysis and evaluation of candidates through searching interviews with the Partner in charge of the project, with the purpose of presenting the client with a shortlist of candidates who meet the ideal profile, are aware of the job requirements and the company project
  • Assistance during the phase of initial client-candidate presentation, facilitation of the negotiation process to ensure speed and success
  • Support in the delicate phase of onboarding the candidate, with periodic follow-ups.
