Caterina Tortorella


After a high school diploma in Humanities, Caterina obtained a Master’s Degree, cum laude, in Philosophy from Milan University.

In 1997 she joined Skippers, an Italian search and selection firm, subsequently acquired by the TMP Group (a US multinational with 8,000 employees, listed on the Nasdaq and owner of Monster, the world’s very first job search engine). She worked ten years in the TMP Group (subsequently renamed Hudson), becoming head of the Information Technology practice and collaborating with the Italian branches of leading multinational hardware, software, telecommunications and professional services companies in the search and selection of managers and executives.

She has been a Partner in Value Search since 2007.

Specialized in the Information Technology industry, she works with technology vendors, system integrators and professional services firms. She also manages top management placements within the ICT function for medium and large Italian companies.

She also manages placements in the Pharma market (with particular reference to the Marketing, Sales and Market Access functions) and in Healthcare (especially for the Capital Equipment and Sales and Marketing functions).
