She got a Master Degree in International Economy and a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Management.
She started her career in Procter & Gamble primarily with international assignments in countries as Germany, UK, Switzerland and Italy, reaching the position of European Marketing Director Hair Care.
She moved on as Executive Director in other industries always with a B2C approach and technology driven, anticipating the digital transformation – Sony and Accenture.
She transferred the same managerial approach to her 10-year experience in non-profit sectors: in social communities, universities as well as art and culture (University Ca’ Foscari – Science Gallery).
In January 2020 she joined Value Search as Senior Advisor, providing her strategical approach primarily in FMCG, Enterprise and Family Foundations, Creative Industry, Art&Culture and Design.
