Paola has more than 20 years of extensive Executive Search experience, focused on top management and Corporate Functions executives, and Finance in particular.
Her passion for HR bloomed right after her Philosophy degree from Università Statale in Milan: she was hired after graduation by a research and selection company specialized in middle management roles, especially for middle sized, entrepreneurial companies.
In 2002, she contributed to the start-up of Key2People Executive Search. In the first years, she has been in charge of researching executive roles for a wide range of industries, such as Industrial, Information Technology & Telecommunications. Later on, she lead the search of senior, 360° top management positions in the Finance domain, in particular for listed, pre-IPO and entrepreneurial companies. She also lead projects in close collaboration with Private Equity and Venture Capital funds.
She provided a relevant, specific contribution to projects in the Professional Services domain, contributing significantly to the development of the Practice.
