Personal data and privacy policy for Value Search candidates:
According to art. 13-14 of European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and current legislation on protection of natural persons concerning protection of personal data, we inform you that your name, surname, current job title, phone number and contact address have been retrieved from a previous submission of the same from your part, and/or public and freely accessible sources. Such data has been stored with the sole objective to benefit from the service provided by Value Search. Should you open a personal account, such data and any other data you may wish to provide us will be kept and processed according to the terms specified in the policy you will sign. In any case, you will be able to exercise your rights specified in the GDPR in any moment and, in particular, request for cancellation, correction, oppose to the processing of the above-specified data and revoke consent to their storage, by writing an email to the following address: info@valuesearch.it.
The owner of the processing of your personal data is Value Search S.r.l., with its registered office in Milan, Viale Piave n. 28, through its ad-interim legal representative dott. Giovanna Brambilla, whom you can contact to exercise the afore-mentioned rights, and all the other rights you are entitled to according to art. 15 ff. of EU Regulation n. 679/2016 (GDPR) and current legislation.
